EXERCISE TIP
Mix it up. Combinations of moderate- and vigorous-intensity physical activity can be used to meet the guidelines. For example, you can walk briskly for 30 minutes twice per week and jog at a higher intensity on two other days.

Fitness Class (4 week)
The great group atmosphere allows for extra motivation while focusing on meeting personal goals. The lower prices mean you can work out more and take your fitness to an entire new level. Jason's high-intensity group training utilizes body weight and resistance training along with physioballs, med balls, various cardiovascular workouts and much more.
Boot Camp (Single Session) - $25

Basic Written Program - $100
Jason will sit down one on one, and go over your personal goals and needs and write a full program. The written program can be for exercise on the go, at home, a particular gym, etc. Jason will find a way to make it work!
