Training & Programs
Bingham Fitness offers several different programs that run for periods of 4 weeks at a time throughout the year. Please check my calendar for information on the next Boot Camp and my availability for In-Home Training.
Starting in June, 2009 Jason in addition to his normal business will be training out of a studio called Forever Fit (60 & Stapley). This is a personal training only gym with all the toys to get you in shape.

In-Home Training
Get in shape one-on-one or in a small group with Jason in the comfort, familiarity and privacy of your own home. No equipment needed; this in-depth training session including written workouts and meal planning saves you both time and money. Jason works around your schedule to allow you the flexibility to go about your everyday life while learning the skills to make that life healthier.
Forget about driving: while watching your favorite TV show or listening to your own music, you'll be able to learn various resistance training workouts that you can use in the future. With the in-home training the possibilities are infinite; invite your kids, invite your neighbors, this training is all about you and the healthy lifestyle you want.

Boot Camps
Personalized training doesn't have to mean one-on-one. Jason can cater workouts for a group that you're comfortable with while combining nutrition education and effective full body workouts. The great group atmosphere allows for extra motivation while focusing on meeting personal goals in an encouraging atmosphere. The lower prices mean you can work out more and take your fitness to an entire new level.
Jason's high-intensity group training utilizes body weight and resistance training along with physioballs, med balls, various cardiovascular workouts. With a lot of work done outdoors, you'll also be using a gorgeous landscape to sculpt and tone.
Written workouts, diet plans and pre and post assessments are all included.
